2. Important Louisiana Information Back To Top

Using a network doctor can keep your costs down.

During a hospital stay, you may receive services from hospital-based doctors, including:

  •  Anesthesiologist
  •  Emergency room doctor
  •  Pathologist
  •  Radiologist
  •  Neonatologist

We make every effort to contract with doctors that provide services at network facilities. However, not all hospital-based doctors are in our network.

You may have more out-of-pocket costs if you receive services from an out-of-network doctor. To help keep your costs down, choose a hospital that has network doctors for the services you need. Check the list below to help you choose a hospital. It tells you the type of doctors that are in network for each hospital.

Hospitals and doctors may have joined or left the network since we last updated this online list. You can call us at the number on your member ID card to confirm that the hospital and doctor you’ve chosen are in network.
